For this project I was challenged to create a social good ad campaign to confront the problem of too much screen time among millennials, specifically females ages 21 to 35, as this group has grown up with technology, and uses it constantly. My task was to create messaging to persuade viewers to change their behavior. Thus, the ads portray how staring at a screen non-stop (specifically a smartphone) hurts relationships. The smartphone user is selfishly ignoring her friend in each situation. The challenge to people is to respect others by putting down the phones and talking to the people around us.
